Design and Build Logistic Center and Bottling Factory
Our project is planned to be developed in two stages. The first stage involves constructing a logistics warehouse covering 25,330 m², along with all associated utility buildings. The second stage includes the construction of an additional warehouse and a bottling plant, totaling approximately 25,000 m². The structural system features socket foundations, precast concrete columns supported by steel trusses for the roof. The roofing is designed with long-span, load-bearing trapezoidal sheets, insulated with rockwool and waterproofed with a PVC membrane. The façade is composed of PIR and Rockwool panels, ensuring durability and efficient thermal performance. All design work for the facility has been completed in-house by our expert team, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to the highest standards.
