Stepping on our Experience

An experienced team, that operates in the energy and construction sectors for more than 10 years, with a strong focus on Georgian market, started as Cross-Country Georgia, and has invested/constructed within the last 7 years four HPP projects (total 23 MW) from scratch and further has executed several high-profile projects - airport terminal, multi-floor hotel, overhead lines, office spaces and insulated façade systems. These experience was turned into today’s City in order to meet our higher requirements for quality, time, cost control and precision.

Radoslav Dudolenski

Mr. Dudolenski is working as Executive Officer of crosscountry Georgia and Chief Executive of Crosscountry Capital (Bulgaria), since May 2013. Before that, he was working as General Director of the largest energy company in Georgia, Energo-PRO Georgia, and also was Member of the Board of Directors of the parent company, Energo-PRO a.s. In his career he had positions as CFO, Financial Controller and Corporate Finance/Recovery Consultant. For the past ten years Radoslav has been focused in the energy sector and had an opportunity to cover the South Black Sea basin - Bulgaria, Georgia and Turkey. He holds B.A. from University of World and National Economy with major in Defense Economics and also B.A. in Accounting and is finalizing an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School.

Construction management

Deniz Murat Kaya

Mr. Kaya is civil engineer and works as a Construction Manager at City LLC. He joined in March 2015. His major focus is to plan, organize and implement the construction process of the projects and to support the team from the construction side of the projects. Prior to joining City he was a Construction Manager at Synergy srl. As a construction manager and site manager his most recent projects include: Construction of Millennium Hotel Tbilisi, Construction of Sedko CCPP, Construction of Akhmeta HHP, Construction of Gebruder Weiss Logistic Center (Design&Build). He has also worked in Afghanistan as civil engineer on the construction works in Camp Leatherneck US Military Base. Holds Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Design Cordinator

Nia Oragvelidze

Mrs. Oragvelidze works as an Architect in City LLC since 2021. Her major focus is in architectural design and coordinate other disciplines during design development. Prior to joining City she involves various projects in Georgia, Turkey and Poland with design & build frame. This includes Logistic centers, Bottling facilities, factories and other industrial structures. Holds Master Degree in Architecture from the Georgian Technical University.
